Food is great! The reason for one start is the service. They need better management and training on the computer because some employees look clueless. They also need to learn how to provide good customer service. Greet the customer, smile, sit the customer. Check on the customer make sure there order is complete and that they have everything they need. Also don’t put your customer to wait while you are taking to another employee, that rude and the customer should always come first. For the customers coming in to pick up an order assigned one person that would handle those client so everything could flow easy. Finally at the end thank the customer for coming to your Resturant and invite them back again.

The meatball sub had slices . The Philly cheese steak taste like it was made off of a dirty greasy Grill. They didn't even have the ticket with the order they left the food set there, and it wasn't even complete the fries were lost in the shuffle. So on organized. The workers were so confused doing their job at the cash register. Take out, delivery and in House dining was being managed by the same counter. We will never go back.

Try the pasta with Alfredo sauce and chicken it was very good. The other day I went inside and ordered chicken that they quick serve in the front and it had no flavor at all. I will be back for the Italian food for sure.

I've been there few time unfortunately food is average. The meat on the pizza tasted like was in the freezer too long. I had better luck at home with frozen pizza Will not going back.

The food is great and portions are awesome and delicious. The only turn off was when refilling the food bar area, they use a plate to fill the rice and they don't wear gloves. Food trays should have their own individual serving spoons, being that some of us don't eat pork or seafood item's. The place is kept very clean and staff are super friendly.
